REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Sidra piece. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method minus return shipping costs within a few business days.

If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please email us at sidracollective@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We handle each situation with care and will do our best to make things right.
