As a certified B Corp, they are redefining luxury through craftsmanship, dignity, and design. Their contemporary take on the traditional keffiyeh fuses Levantine heritage with Italian elegance—made to be worn with intention, confidence, and conscience.

Darzah a non-profit, fair trade certified, ethical fashion brand creating authentic, handmade Palestinian products.
As a Fair Trade certified brand, they are dedicated to ensuring fair wages and safe working conditions for all their employees. Their artists—women from the West Bank—have long faced challenges such as limited economic opportunities, gender inequality, and low-income employment. Darzah’s mission is to change that by offering meaningful jobs, training, and a stable, fair income.
All of their products are proudly handmade in Palestine. Darzah partners with talented shoe makers in Al-Khalil/Hebron to craft each piece. Their bags are made and hand embroidered (tatreez) by their talented artists using traditional techniques. Their leather is sourced locally from a family-owned tannery in the Al-Khalil region, ensuring authentic materials and responsible production.

Education plays a crucial role in improving access to meaningful work, yet in Jerash Camp in Jordan, only 13% of children continue to higher education. Sitti, believes that learning opens doors. They support this through training programs—like soap-making and virtual English exchanges—that build practical skills and lead to employment. As they grow, they continue expanding educational opportunities to help their team develop and pursue their career goals.
Employ
Stable, fairly paid work is limited for refugees in Jordan. In Jerash Camp, many men rely on temporary jobs, while most women work in the informal economy where exploitation is common. Sitti is committed to changing this by creating sustainable, accessible employment that builds long-term self-reliance. They work to connect traditional skills with real job opportunities while addressing the barriers refugees face—because equity is the path to true equality.
